This internal service stores encrypted QuickBooks OAuth tokens in PostgreSQL and uses them only for read-only SFF QuickBooks Online audit requests initiated through authenticated MCP tools.

Audit outputs preserve transaction evidence needed for review, including transaction identifiers, dates, amounts, recorded names, memos or line descriptions when returned by QuickBooks, linked transaction identifiers, match reasons, and reconciliation status.

Disconnecting the QuickBooks connection revokes the current refresh token when available and cryptographically erases stored token ciphertext. This text requires human legal review before external submission.
